Walcom TD4 Thermodry Air Heating and Filtering System
TD4 is a new and patented system for filtering and heating compressed air. By heating the spraying air humidity problems are overcome. Paint problems such as reduced gloss, mottling, orange peel and uneven distribution are also eliminated.
Spraying time is reduced as drying time is faster, especially with water borne paint systems, and solvent usage is lower.
The TD4 has 4 stage air filtering and drying with an automatic regeneration cycle which operates after the day has finished.
Installing a TD4 unit can pay for itself in as short as 3 months in a busy auto refinish shop.
